2022年12月11日If you are reading this, then there should only really be one reason. However, as the series goes on, it seems to stray from that into actual plot. You're going to tell me that this should be a good thing, but honestly not for this type of manga when the plot completely overrides the ecchi

Like the art 2022年12月11日I feel like a lot of my reviews are based on art, but I do like this one's. The lines are crisp and the action is dynamic. Character motivations are a little lame and same with the main character having a plot armor ability, but I give it a 4* for the action and fights. -
Feels like an ecchi 2022年12月11日Feels like I'm reading an ecchi manga when I read it - I wonder if that is increasing ratings? While the relationship between the leads has certainly moved forward, it feels like it's plateaud at a certain point for a while. Really feels like it is dragging now. -

Gag manga 2022年12月11日The author knows all the tropes of the genre and does a good job of making the MC aware enough for it to be comedic. Feels like (admittedly worse) isekai OPM where every arc is the main character making up some plot that turns out to be true --> side character being developed/storyline around them --> MC acts like weakling to exploit a trope --> arc climax --> MC easily annihilates enemy. Then repeat. Funny though so 5* -
Overall solid 2022年12月11日Some of the drama elements are pretty contrived and as it gets longer it feels like it is dragging. Still liked it. Also Hachimori is the best character

MC isn't the strongest?! 2022年12月11日This work differs from most isekai in that the MC isn't reborn with some cheat skill, immediately becomes the strongest in the world, and then beats on his enemies while drawing in girls. I liked it for that reason and because even though our MC is super strong, they aren't the strongest in the world (yet)! Sets it apart from most things in the genre and has a colorful cast.

Generic 2022年12月11日This is about as generic as generic can be. MC is constantly underestimated then shows how strong he is. Girls fall for him. You know what I'm talking about. 3* because average gets an average rating lol

A true classic 2022年12月11日Excited that the anime is back! I think everyone can agree that the end of the Bleach manga left something to be desired. The talent of this author is his creativity with paneling, so coloring just compounds what's good about the manga. Fights are hype even if it does fall into every standard shounen trope. -
Standard Slice Of Life 2022年12月11日I think you will enjoy this if you are looking for SoL comedy instead of romance, but even the former fell flat in my opinion. The relationship between the secondary leads felt a little toxic with constant bickering and the conclusion of the story was unsatisfying for me .

Way too much text 2022年12月6日Read the first few chapters at a library and the FMC is very good. A lot of "strong" FMCs tend to end up relying on the male MCs after the romance sets in, but this one is good enough that she doesn't need them!

OP MC 2022年12月6日The title explains the plot lol. Just by the covers and the name, you should know what you are going to get into. If that isn't what you enjoy, I'm not sure why you would be reading it. For those who do like the classic OP MC genre, this does it alright. The MC isn't an empty husk, but he also doesn't have much character. Honestly unsure if there is romance or not in this. He could end up with his friend's kid, but all the girls seem to young for him.

A little overrated 2022年12月6日I think this one is a little overrated and is not super unique amongst the villainess genre (not to say this is bad though, it does the cliches well and the humor isn't overdone). The FMC is an idiot and the male leads all take an interest in her because she's "mysterious" (stupid). That's the basic trope

Worst of the best 2022年12月6日I think my bias is obvious when I rate this 4 stars even though I think this is the worst of Hidehiko's work. At this time, he was in the middle of transitioning from his older style to his newer one. The women are drawn rather thickly (not thicc) with short arms. Otherwise the classic Hidehiko plots are there

My first Hidehiko read 2022年12月6日Although his works may all be similar, I am a fan of the basic scenario so always end up enjoying them. This was the first one I read! If you were to buy only one, I would recommend one of the newer ones (this was his last tankoubon that still had some of his older (imo worse) style)

Many different couples 2022年12月6日This just got a TV adaptation! I watched it and it does a good job of adapting the material. I did lose interest when the main couple (Shiho couple) was removed for two arcs, but we are back to them now. The tensions in the current arc are much higher than previous ones. Personally it might have taken a bit too long to set it up before the climax volumes (36+), but overall I like how all the arcs have had happy endings.

Good work, creepy drawings 2022年12月3日The artist does a good job with drawing the monsters that Mieruko can see. Some are more terrifying than others, but hats off to Mieruko for handling it so well. As each volume goes, we can see the growth of her character as she deals with these situations. -
