Cute story of slight surrealism

First read this one in English (which was weird in every way lol) but still got unexpected surprises from how differently the charaters actuallly speak in nihongo from in English(笑). I have this author's other publication in Mandarin, which is also about some sweet cute little stories with a stroke of surrealism. What I like about this author is that her/his pictures and her/his story make a perfect match.
